As a lasting remembrance of mom we are building a gazebo and surrounding
it with a garden of many of her favorite flowers: Daffodils, Lilys,
Snapdragons (Yellow), Irises, Bergamot, Azaleas, Lilacs, and others.
We hope to have it built and have an inauguration celebration in
October. You are all invited.
So far people have already contributed over $700 towards the gazebo,
and sent many, many bulbs and flowers for the garden. Others have
offered to come and help build. I imagine mom is sooo touched to
see how many people care about her and want to celebrate her memory this
way.
